Falling petals and Fireworks

Context :

Here is an example which is a unity asset. The grass can bend when the player or objects move through. And the flattened trail will disappear after an amount of time.

Method :

I first create grass in illustrator and animate bending in After Effects. The effects I use is CC Bend it which give the grass nice bending. Then, I code the interactivity in Unity. When the mouse over the grass, the bending animation start. And after the mouse exit. The bending animation stays a bit longer than return to idling. I also make the idling grass bend slightly, so it would be like in the breeze.

Response :

At first, I want to have a 3d grass bend. But when I try to use High- Definition RP, it comes the problem with unity version. So, I create the 2D grass to animate. However, the animate doesn’t look that good.
